I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified health services provider in North Carolina. My work centers around helping people come home to themselves after trauma, burnout, or seasons of intense stress. I specialize in trauma recovery, with a focus on helping clients rebuild a sense of safety, identity, and wholeness. I also work with caregivers — partners, parents, healthcare workers — who are often exhausted from putting others first. I believe that caregiving doesn't have to mean losing yourself.

My therapeutic approach is client centered, trauma informed, and culturally responsive. I know coming to therapy, especially for the first time, can feel scary and uncertain. For this reason, my therapy style is nonjudgemental and supportive. Together, we will explore ways to set boundaries, rekindle joy, and create space for your own healing. Outside of my therapy practice, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, cooking for friends and family, and working on my carpentry skills. I encourage you to reach out to me for more information and to see if we may be a good fit.
