I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified health services provider in North Carolina. My therapeutic approach is client centered, trauma informed, and culturally responsive. You and I will collaborate to identify an approach that meets your needs and lifestyle. I know engaging in therapy, especially for the first time, can feel scary and uncertain. For this reason, my therapy style is nonjudgemental and supportive. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe for us to identify and discuss internal experiences and relationship dynamics. I have extensive experience working with military veterans and first responders. I also enjoy working with family members and caregivers of individuals experiencing mental or physical health concerns that may impact relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my amazing community that makes Durham home and exploring the outdoors. I encourage you to reach out to me for more information and to see if we may be a good fit.
