Clinical Diagnostic Assessment

This is a comprehensive evaluation that takes place typically over 1-2 sessions. The evaluation helps to understand your current mental health and wellbeing, provide accurate mental health diagnoses, and develop an individual treatment plan to address your specific needs and goals. The evaluation process may include components such as clinical interviews, questionnaires and assessments, and review of health records.

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you can expect to meet regularly with your therapist one-on-one. We currently only provide treatment virtually using a secure telehealth platform. Therapy may include working collaboratively with your therapist to develop healthier thinking and behavior patterns that help you live a meaningful life consistent with your personal values. We commit ourselves to using evidence-based therapies that have been collaboratively chosen by you and your therapist to address your treatment goals. We may also ask you to periodically complete questionnaires about your symptoms and functioning. This practice is known as measurement-based care and allows us to systematically track your treatment progress. You and your therapist will determine how frequently to meet, how long sessions will be (typically between 45-90 minutes), and how long treatment will take.
