Stephanie Salcedo Rossitch, PhD, HSP-P (she/her)

A young woman with long dark hair smiling outdoors with green trees in the background.

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders. I work with adults using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based treatments. I have advanced training in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and I bring experience working with veterans and military service members. I’m committed to providing culturally sensitive care and offer therapy in both English and Spanish. My style is warm, collaborative, and recovery-focused. I center your goals and strengths while drawing from treatments shown to be effective—ensuring our work together feels both personalized and impactful. When I'm not working, you’ll likely find me exploring Durham’s parks with my husband and toddler, working out at a group fitness class, trying a new restaurant, or unwinding with a good reality or comedy TV show.
