Hi, I’m a licensed psychologist based in North Carolina, and I work with adults navigating life’s challenges. My style is collaborative and grounded in effective therapies like CBT and ACT, but more importantly, I tailor our work to fit you. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and PTSD, and I also support those dealing with anxiety, OCD, panic, and depression. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with military service members, veterans, and first responders, and I bring that experience into the room with deep respect and understanding.

As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I’m especially passionate about serving Latin/Hispanic and immigrant communities. I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and understood in therapy, so I strive to incorporate your background and values in the work we do together. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward, where your story matters.

When I'm not working, you’ll likely find me exploring Durham’s parks with my husband and toddler, working out at a group fitness class, trying a new restaurant, or unwinding with a good reality or comedy TV show.
