About Us

Redstart Psychological Services officially incorporated in 2025, but our practice represents over a decade of collaboration. We met while completing our clinical psychology PhD training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Redstart Psychological Services was established out of mutual professional respect and a shared vision to provide quality psychological services. We consider ourselves a collective with different therapeutic specialties and subject matter expertise. We are committed to ongoing learning — from our clients, one another, and advances in our field.

We invite you to browse our bios and reach out if we seem like a match to your individual needs. Although you will likely only work with one of us, our hope is that you will feel the collective strength of our team supporting you to grow and meet your goals.

Our Team

Our Approach

At Redstart Psychological Services, our approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments tailored to your unique experiences, values, and goals. We believe that therapy works best when it’s personalized, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to you. We provide individual, virtual therapy for adults living in North Carolina and select other states navigating a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, posttraumatic stress, and depression. We’re here to offer treatment that’s compassionate and nonjudgmental — a space where you can feel safe, understood, and affirmed.

Whether you’re working toward change, practicing acceptance, or pursuing a balance of both, we’re committed to walking alongside you in that process. Providing culturally responsive, scientifically grounded care is at the heart of what we do, and we welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds.
